Title: CBC Radio One- Toronto
Kind: Talk, some music
Country: Canada
Homepage: http://www.radio.cbc.ca/
Description: The Canadian Broadcast Coorparation (CBC) has been airing for decades now, and many of their shows are really quite good. Myself, I think theses are some of the best:

Basic Black (Saturdays- 10:05 A.M. Canadian)

Hosted by Arthur Black, this show is a talk show of sorts. Art finds people who differ in some way from the rest of us. Some have wierd jobs, some have unusual hobbies, and some have talented cats. On the first Saturday of every month (except Summer) they have the Hum Line. People call in to the Hum Line with bits of half remembered songs, which Arthur and a couple of other people try to figure out.

Quirks and Quarks (Saturdays- 12:06 PM Canadian)

Every Saturday morning Bob MacDonald tells of news in the zabulous world of science, as well as answering listener questions, submitted via snail mail, or ellectronically

Definitely Not the Opera (Saturdays- 1:00 P.M. Canadian). A look at Canadian pop culture hosted by Nora Young, also containing frequent appearences by others, too numerous to list here. Includes music, film reviews, tv, and opinions pertaining to them as well as other things

Air time: Any time
